AI Investigation Widget

This new widget provides an AI-generated Case summary and suggestions for effective remediation. For more information, see AI Investigation Widget.

Environment Hardening

The platform now includes an additional security layer that will either permit or prevent data-access to selected environments based on a database access layer, in addition to the already existing application layer filtering. 

One area in which this will take effect is in the Cases screen in the user roles/role drop down menu. Previously, users were able to see all of the system users in the User dropdown (e.g. assign case). From now on, users will only be able to see other users that are in their assigned environment.

This feature is being released as a preview to a limited number of customers.
