Bug Fixes

• Users without "Manage folder" permission could not create or edit playbooks in custom folders (ID #1032784)
• When creating a manual case with tags , the only tag that gets saved is the "manual case" tag, regardless of how many other tags are added.
• Users are unable to log in due to the Environment name being too long. Going forward, long environment names will be supported (ID #00164407) 
• Issues when using square brackets within the Expression Builder.
