Predefined widgets for Playbook blocks

Until now, only Playbooks had predefined widgets that were added as part of actions. Now, predefined widgets are also automatically added to Playbook blocks. Note that Playbook blocks do not have customized views, so the only way to make use of  these predefined widgets associated with a Playbook block is by using it in a playbook view.
