New Features

Connector Logs now available

Engineers can now access Connector logs in order to troubleshoot configuration and performance. For full information please refer to View Connector Logs.

If you are using the Remote Agent for Logs Collection, please do the following:

  1. Update to the latest version of the Siemplify integration in the Marketplace (Version 63). Coming out on Wednesday June 6th)
  2. After updating to the latest version:
  3. Navigate to the Jobs screen
  4. Delete the Cases Collector DB job
  5. Click on the Plus icon.
  6. Select Cases Collector DB from the drop down list.

Siemplify Login Screen Update

The screen has been updated to remove irrelevant details.

  • Security Enhancements for SDK

New API Changes

A new API which takes in connector logs from agents has been added to Siemplify.

Name of API: add_agent_connector_logs

Contains the following:

  • param agent_id: {string} Agent's identifier
  • param connector_id: {string} Connector instance identifier
  • param connector_id: {string} Connector instance identifier
  • param logs_package: {string} Connector Logs Package
