Multi SAML Providers Supported (Phase One)

This feature enables MSSPs to configure several different SAML instances at one time in the platform and have them all operational. This means that the MSSP can support their end customers with different configurations.
Please note that for Phase One - multiple SAML provider configurations do not work with Just-in-time provisioning and Auto-Redirect.

The following API was changed for as a result of this feature:
 /api/external/v1/settings/AddOrUpdateUserProfile - new parameter (Name: provider name, Type: string)

Instant Messaging now includes colors!

When chatting about a Case using the Case Chat, all mentions of other people will be highlighted in blue; when people mention your name, it will be highlighted in yellow so as to grab your attention.
