New Conditions for displaying HTML widget in Case/Alert Overview

Previously, when building the Playbook View, there was no way to prevent the HTML widget from displaying in the Overview after the Playbook has run, even if the HTML was empty. This resulted in unnecessary clutter. 

From now on, you can choose to display the HTML widget  if - and only if - certain conditions have been met. There is a wide range of flexibility and options.  

Let's take a quick look at an example below. The following is an HTML Widget and we have set the Conditions such that if the user email is not returned, the widget will NOT display.
