The following procedure describes the Agent Auto-Upgrade process:

To perform Agent Auto-Upgrade (1.3.9 and above):

  1. Navigate  to Settings > Advanced > Remote Agents.

  2. Click on the Update Available button on the right side of the screen. Note that this button will be disabled as long as there are no upgrades.

  3. Click on the information button to confirm the updated version. It may take a few minutes for the update to finish. 

To perform Agent Auto-Upgrade (1.3.8 and below):

  1. Navigate  to Settings > Advanced > Remote Agents.

  2. Double click on the agent.

  3. Disable the Agent and then refresh the page.

  4. After the status is disabled, double click on the Agent again and enable it.

  5. When the Agent is live, click on the information button to confirm the updated  version. It may take a few minutes for the update to finish.

Outage times - The outage time is between 1-5 minutes. After this period of time, the Agent should be upgraded with the new version.
