The Chronicle SOAR server can support Publisher High Availability (HA) to ensure that the Remote Agents feature is always available and no information or tasks get lost. In order to support HA, a secondary Publisher needs to be configured.

To configure a secondary Publisher:

1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Publishers.
2. Either edit an existing Publisher or create a new one.
3. In the Secondary Publisher drop-down, select a publisher that has already been created and paired to Chronicle SOAR and is in live status.
