On-Prem customers can now get extra troubleshooting help from Google Support by sending them full details of the platform.

Disparity between "Alert Reduction Percentage" and "SOC status" widgets. (ID #00164485)

This fix means that the Alert Reduction Percentage widget will fetch alerts based on case ids within a time range, rather than directly fetching alerts within a time range. And this aligns this widget behavior with the SOC status widget.
