New Features

Marketplace opens on "Integrations" tab

From now on, when opening the marketplace, the user lands on the "Integrations" tab instead of the “Use Cases” tab.

New popover showing SLA for Alert information

Instead of having to click through all the Alert tabs to see all the SLA end times, a new icon in the Cases header in the Cases screen allows you to see all the SLA for Alerts in one popover. Each line is clickable and takes you to the individual alert.

API Changes

The following API is no longer in use:
/api/external/v1/sdk/SystemInfo/{lastRunEpochMs}

Bug Fixes

• The playbook is not triggered by alerts due to extra carriage returns after placeholder values  (ID #10510)
• Some actions in playbooks failed due to time format issues (ID #00163812) 
• GitSync integration is not able to sync playbooks. 404 error is displayed (ID #00161986)
• Filter in Pending Actions widget not working as expected (ID #00163586)
• Publisher case package fails to be ingested after connector is deleted:
  To avoid data loss, users cannot delete a connector while there are still alerts pending to be processed
  Customers should first disable the connector and then delete it.
