Connector Logs helps you identify and troubleshoot any potential issues with a custom or commercial connector. Connector logs can be viewed by navigating to Settings > Connectors > Logs. Once you have enabled the Logs Collection and selected the required level, you need to click Refresh to display the newly collected logs on the screen.

After three hours, the Enable Log Collection is disabled and the timer is turned off, although you can choose to disable it earlier at any time you choose. The logs remain on the screen until the next time you enable Logs Collection. 

New logs that are collected during the three hour period will not be automatically displayed. You need to click Refresh to display them in the table. 

Each log entry has an icon identifying the issue and a short description. You can click on View More to see the full details for the log.
