After creating a new internal user, an email invitation to Chronicle SOAR will be automatically sent to them. You can set up the Email Settings with either the Siemplify SMTP (default) or the Customer Configuration. 

Configure a Gmail Account

1. Navigate to Google Admin Panel > Security > Settings.
2. Select Allow users to manage their access to less secure apps.
3. Click Save.
   

   You can configure email settings for other email service providers: Exchange, simple SMTP server, and every SMTP server.

   A specific group or user can be assigned to have permissions for this option, not all users.

4. Navigate to the Gmail Account > Security.
5. Turn on Less secure app access.
   
6. Once these settings are configured, the email will be automatically sent once the user is added to the platform.
7. The user will receive an invitation to join the Chronicle SOAR platform.
