1. Open the vSphere console.
   
2. Select the required destination folder.
3. Navigate to File > Deploy OVF Template.
4. In the OVF deployment wizard that opens, click Browse in the Source screen and select the Chronicle SOAR OVA file. Click Next.
   
5. In the Name and Location fields, provide a logical name. Click Next.
   
6. Under Host/Cluster, select the designated cluster based on your lab architecture. Click Next.
7. Under Disk Format select Thin Provision. Click Next.
   
8. Click Finish. The machine will now take several moments to deploy.
9. If you need to configure a network card, click here.
10. Once the deployment is successfully completed, select the new Chronicle SOAR machine and select Power on the Virtual Machine. 

    

11. For community users who would like to login to the instance via ssh, check the welcome email for the username and password.
12. For users who need to configure a static IP, click here and implement Method 2.
