Open a ticket for Chronicle SOAR Support (Google Cloud)
- Navigate to Google Cloud console Support page.
- Click the arrow in the drop-down menu as shown in the screenshot below.
- In the dialog box that opens, make sure to select from Google.com.

- Search for corp-chronicle in the search field.
- Under Support on the left side of the screen, choose Cases and then click on CREATE CASE.
- In the Category field, search for Identity and Security > Chronicle SOAR
- Select the Priority level of your case submission and click Next.
- Enter description of the issue and click on the send icon to the right to see if the automated assistance can help.
- If the automated assistance did not help, select Next.
- Describe your issue, provide details and select your timezone and click Submit.
