Creating Announcements
The Announcements tab allows the SOC manager to post messages to the SOC team.
To create an Announcement:
- Click on the plus icon on the top right. The Announcement dialogue box opens.
- Enter a title for the announcement.
- Enter the content of the announcement.
- Click on the Expiration Date field, select a date from the calendar, and click Save.
The announcement appears on the Homepage for everybody to see.
