The Announcements tab allows the SOC manager to post messages to the SOC team. 

To create an Announcement: 

  1. Click on the plus icon on the top right. The Announcement dialogue box opens.
  2. Enter a title for the announcement.
  3. Enter the content of the announcement.
  4. Click on the Expiration Date field, select a date from the calendar, and click Save.

The announcement appears on the Homepage for everybody to see.
